Yes. Set a stepping dose to automatically increase or decrease the amount over a defined period — for example, 1 tablet for 3 days, then 2 tablets for 7 days. You can also configure different amounts for morning and evening, or a repeating cycle that resets after a set number of days.

Yes. Add a PRN (as-needed) entry and tap 'taken' whenever you use one — Pillo logs the time and amount. You can also set a minimum interval between doses; if you try to log another too soon, Pillo warns you before you confirm.

When adding or editing a medication, choose whether it should be taken before meals, after meals, or on an empty stomach. That instruction appears on every reminder so you never have to look it up separately.

Enter your current pill count when you set up or refill a medication. Pillo subtracts one per dose and sends a refill alert when stock drops below the threshold you set.

Open any medication and go to the Adherence tab. You'll see a daily or weekly compliance percentage and a consecutive-dose streak — the same numbers you'd want to share with a doctor or caregiver.

Yes. Create separate profiles for each person and switch between them from the home screen, or invite a caregiver to view and manage a profile together.

Edit the medication at any time — the new schedule takes effect from the next dose. Past logs are kept as-is so the history stays accurate.
